Our move.

Young Nigerians are coming together to defend freedom of religion or belief for everyone. Help shape a national Nigerian chapter of the global FoRB’s Future network.

FREEDOM OF RELIGION OR BELIEFFor every faith. For those with none. For everyone, everywhere.
The next chapter

A Nigerian network.
A shared commitment.

We’re preparing to form a national chapter where young people across Nigeria can find collaborators, develop their leadership, and work together to protect everyone’s freedom of religion or belief.

The chapter is still in formation. Its next steps will grow from the ideas, relationships, and initiative of the people who join us.

We defend this freedom for others—including people with whom we disagree.

People of every faith and those with no religious belief belong in this work. Following a successful Global Youth Summit and a meeting with the UN Special Rapporteur, we’re building on that momentum.

Nigerian voices · International engagement

A conversation that
carries forward.

Our community also held a successful meeting with Nazila Ghanea, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief, during her visit to Nigeria.

The meeting marked an important step in connecting young Nigerian advocates with international engagement on religious freedom—and strengthened our determination to keep Nigerian voices and experiences at the heart of this work.
