Not everyone presents—but everyone participates. Speakers are encouraged to define what success would look like in the next 30 days and to return the following month with a brief update. Attendees come ready to help by offering introductions, expertise, encouragement, or practical assistance. The goal is momentum, accountability, and meaningful connections.
